Every Wednesday: Mindful Drop-In Group

Feeling stressed? Take a breath with the Mindful Drop-In Group.

This group can help participants manage stress, improve focus, boost the immune system, and promote an overall sense of health and well-being.

Groups take place each Wednesday from September 7th-December 7th from 12:10-1:00 PM.

Lory Student Center Room 324 (LSC Room 308 on 9/21, LSC Room 322 on 10/26, LSC Room 376 on 11/26).

This group is free to all CSU students, faculty, and staff. No registration is required and there is no group during break.
