Mindfully Managing Stress 1.0 (for beginners)

Wednesdays, September 14th – October 5th, 4:15-5:30 PM

Tuesdays, October 4th – 25th, 2:15-3:30 PM

Thursdays, October 13th – November 3rd, 11:00 AM-12:15 PM

Mondays, October 31st – November 28th, 10:00-11:15 AM
