Given that campus culture affects everyone – sometimes in vastly different ways – it is important that a multitude of voices and perspectives participate in the commitment to make CSU a great place for people of all genders.

By working closely with different units across campus and supporting their efforts, the Women & Gender Collaborative encourages diverse members of our CSU community to identify and develop new ways to improve the campus culture and climate around women and gender for everyone – women and men; faculty, staff, and students.

The Collaborative supports these groups by informing, facilitating, and increasing the visibility of their efforts.

Or, GET INSPIRED, and then let us know how you’re creating a campus culture that supports women and people of all genders. We’ll add it to the list!
